Heartfelt Farm & Wellness is a collective of like-minded individuals with a shared understanding that what we do for the one, we do for the many. Through passion and collaboration, our team offers a variety of art, nature, land and animal based services, both therapeutic and non-therapeutic. Our practitioners range from Counsellors, Child & Youth Care Workers, Equine Facilitated Wellness Practitioners, Artists, Environmental Educators, and more. 

We are always open to meeting and collaborating with those in our community who share similar values and intentions.
