Heartfelt Farm & Wellness is a collective of like-minded individuals with a shared understanding that what we do for the one, we do for the many. Through passion and collaboration, our team offers a variety of art, nature, land and animal based services, both therapeutic and non-therapeutic. Our practitioners range from Counsellors, Child & Youth Care Workers, Equine Facilitated Wellness Practitioners, Artists, Environmental Educators, and more.
We are always open to meeting and collaborating with those in our community who share similar values and intentions. We often have a variety of volunteer opportunities available, and we maintain open dialogue for growing our employee positions for certified and experienced individuals. Art & Nature Based Mental Health Practitioner
Heartfelt Therapy & Wellness is hiring a part-time Mental Health Practitioner
Required Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related human / social service field (Masters Degree is an asset)
- Certification in nature-based and / or art-therapy modalities
- Min. 3+ years working in a Mental Health setting
- Experience working with animals in a relational way
- Min. 2+ references within related mental health field
- Criminal Record Check (vulnerable sector)
- Valid First Aid Certificate
- Valid BC Driver’s License

Caretaker (Volunteer)
Heartfelt Farm is currently seeking someone who loves spending time in nature, surrounded by animals while caretaking for the land.
Opportunities in this area include:
- Basic landscape and garden care
- Animal Care (cleaning, feeding, and aiding in the overall high quality care of our farm animals) *previous animal experience & reference required*
These are a volunteer position, however we are always open to trade of services for those who are looking to learn more about our relational way of being on this land and with our animals.
